Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe our Cancelation and Refund Policy to buyers.


The cancellation Policy consists of the following:

  • 24-hour notice
  • To cancel, modify or reschedule your booked appointment
  • No call no shows will be charged the total amount booked to compensate the therapist for the time booked and lost.
  • A refund will be given if you call or text within this time frame

             Gift certificates expire after 12 months if not redeemed
